
Individual Therapy
I offer a free 20 minute call for us to have a brief chat and see if we both think we could work well together.
If you feel comfortable with me and ready to start, we will get your first appointment booked in. During this session, we will go through the contract paperwork, introduce you to the room so you know how we might use the space and then take the remaining time to expand on the initial information you shared in the initial call.
We work at your pace and alongside each other to explore who you are by adopting an open and curious approach to gently build your self-awareness and facilitate sustainable change.
